Apparel ordering
Do I need a business to buy from LUMIFY?
No. Anyone can shop retail apparel and check out without an account. Wholesale pricing is for approved accounts.
Is there a minimum order?
Retail blank apparel has no minimum. Custom printed orders and some wholesale items may have minimums, which are shown on the product page or in your quote.
Is the stock shown on the site live?
Availability is based on the most recent data from our supplier and is refreshed regularly. We confirm stock again before your order ships, and if anything is unavailable, we contact you before substituting or adjusting the order.
Can I mix colors and sizes?
Yes. Each color and size combination is its own option on the product page. Add as many as you need to your cart.
Wholesale access
Who can apply for wholesale?
Screen printers, DTF shops, decorators, clothing brands, schools, organizations and businesses that buy blank apparel regularly or in volume.
How does approval work?
Submit the wholesale application. Our team reviews it and may ask for more information. Once you're approved, wholesale pricing appears when you sign in to your account.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Approved accounts can submit resale or exemption documentation for review. Tax exemption is applied only after verification.
Sizing
Where do I find size charts?
Each product page includes the manufacturer's size information when it's available. Fit varies by brand and style, so check the chart for each item.
Can I get a sample before a large order?
Yes. Order single pieces at retail to check fit and fabric before buying in bulk.
Artwork
What file types do you accept?
For DTF, we recommend transparent PNG files at 300 DPI at the final print size. Vector files (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS) work well for custom apparel and print. Full details are in our artwork guidelines.
Will I see a proof?
Custom apparel and print orders include a digital proof to approve before production. Gang sheets are printed as you build them, so review your sheet carefully before checkout.
Do I need rights to my artwork?
Yes. You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo or trademark you submit. We may decline orders that appear to infringe on someone else's rights.
DTF gang sheets
What is a gang sheet?
A single sheet of DTF film filled with as many designs as fit. You pay by sheet size, not by design, so you can fit more prints into each order.
How do I build one?
Open the builder on our DTF Gang Sheets page, choose a sheet size, upload your art, arrange it, and add it to your cart. Your artwork is attached to your order automatically.
How do I apply the transfers?
Pressing instructions are included with your order. Time, temperature and peel method depend on the film and the garment fabric.
Shipping & fulfillment
How long until my order ships?
Timing depends on the products, supplier availability and production. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Custom orders get an estimated timeline with their quote.
How do I track my order?
We email you tracking details when your order ships. You can also view order status in your account.
Can my order ship in more than one package?
Sometimes. Large or mixed orders may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
What is your return policy?
See our full return and refund policy. Custom-printed items and gang sheets are made to order and generally can't be returned unless there's a production defect.
